Can 6’3 guy beat 7’5 guy on 1 on 1?

Have you ever played 1 on 1 with someone who is way taller than you?  My first experience was when I was in the elementary school, I was only 4’5 tall, and my friend was 5’7.  Can you guess what happened?  As you can imagine I wasn’t even able to shoot the ball.  My friend only needed to extend his arm to steal and block.  And me?  I was only able to smell his armpit.

When you play 1 on 1, especially if you are short player, height is one of the biggest problems.  This man Chris played 1 on 1 with the guy whose height is 7’5 which does not require jumping to dunk especially his wingspan is 8’3 which is ridiculously long.  They have 14 inches gap with their height.  Do you think he can beat 7’5 guy?  Probably not because he maybe able to score from him by shooting from deep, double clutch, or ankle breaking.  But it’s almost impossible to stop him because if 7’5 guy posts up and use hook, which us unblockable, and more over he just needs to extend his arm to the rim in order for him to score.

So, Chris tried different way to play 1 on 1.  Chris made the rule that they only can score by dunking.  Actually, Chris is world-famous professional dunker who has 44’’ vertical leap.  So probably, he made this video for the viewers and also for fun.  Even though the rule is different, it is still hard to beat 7’5 guy especially once he joined NBA summer league.  You will see how they would play.
